Mr. Toohey specializes in land use, planning and project financing. He has worked as Council to the Saratoga County Industrial Development Agency. Mr. Toohey has worked with project developers to obtain municipal approvals for commercial, single-family, and multi-family projects in the Towns of Wilton, Saratoga, Greenfield, Milton, Ballston, & Malta, as well as the City of Saratoga Springs. He drafted the Planned Unit Development Legislation adopted by many of the towns and cities in Saratoga County.
He resides in the City of Saratoga Springs with his wife Linda G. Toohey. They have two daughters, Megan and Elizabeth, both of whom reside in Denver, Colorado.
